Empire Avenue p0wns you

There's been a bit of buzz about Empire Avenue these days.Quite a few of my Twitter friends have signed up for it, one of who is Bernd Nurnberger. I had a conversation with him after he sent me an invite to join Empire Avenue.
I had my doubts about Empire Avenue, especially finding the "what's in it for me" - so I tried their About page:

Empire Avenue is the Social Media Exchange, where you can buy and sell shares in any social media profile, meet new people, unlock Achievement badges, and earn boatloads of virtual cash by being active and social online! Buy shares in your friends, your followers, people with similar interests, brands you love, celebrities – anyone! All using a virtual currency and all for free!

My parents raised me a Roman Catholic. Like them, I got indoctrinated with their belief since birth, and adopted that as a consequence. I even became an altar boy at age 9, and managed to stay that for 3 years

By the time I was expected to take Holy Communion, I had lost all faith but just went along as to not let my parents down - so I played that part

Why did I lose faith under these ideal circumstances? Because of all the conflicting messages. God created us after his own image, meaning that we are perfect. Yet, Adam and Eve ignored his order and got expelled from the Garden of Eden, causing all of us to be sinners from birth. Yet, Christ died for all our sins, so that should have made us back to square one, right?
Apparently, not

Implementing Social: don't use the C-word

The C-word is being used quite frequently these days. I have had quite a few dialogues and discussions about it, and it almost looks like the C-word is the new black - or white, in this case

To me, it shows that Social is hitting mainstream and getting implemented here and there. Maybe the evangelists are now slowly turning into, or supported by, priests and monks to support phase number two and three of the Movement - and hitting a brick wall

Funny as it is, there's a typo in the tweet - did or can you spot it? I did, and couldn't resist:

Caught in the act in public there of pointing the finger to others and immediately getting a finger pointed back, how would the reaction be? Denial, anger, cover-up, fun, laughter?
